The wages of sin is death, but after taxes, it's more of a tired feeling.

I graduated from collage in December with a double major in biology and chemistry and a minor in math. It feels weird to not be going to school for the first time in 16 years. I decided that rather than rack up more student loans immediately, I would first get a job and pay off the ones I had.
I started work at my current job in April. I work in a veterinary lab. This means that when a vet draws blood from a horse, cow, pig, goat, camel, llama, etc. they send it to us to have the tests done. I like my job. It's really repetitive, but there are worse things.
My boyfriend and I moved back to my home town. I didn't ever plan on moving back there, but I guess life doesn't always turn out like you plan. We're pretty happy here, and one of these days, I'll finish unpacking.
Here in a year or two, I plan on going back to school to get at least my master's and probably a doctorate in virology. I want to do research towards making vaccines. Until then, my life is pretty sedate, and I hope it stays that way.
